Most startups think they know how they’re doing, they tipically live with some indicators extracted from their operational systems and get away with it. This typically doesn’t last long. There’s an evolutionary path that most startups go through when they begin starving for knowledge on their own business. In start(up) knowing I’ll talk about some of the hurdles of getting from nothing to a full blown analytics stack and understanding the steps you go through, why and how you should do it.
